Jafar considers himself a continuous learner and improver with a deep passion for software engineering and sustainability. He enjoys building high-performing teams and coaching and leading them as a servant leader. Jafar holds a Master’s in IT management and a Ph.D. in computer science, backed by over 20 years of experience in various countries and sectors.
Currently, he works at ABB E-Mobility, focusing on EV charging infrastructure and contributing to the acceleration of the EV transition and zero-emission plans. In addition to his industry experience, Jafar has made significant contributions to the body of knowledge by publishing research results and serving on the technical committees of several academic conferences as a reviewer.
