Floor van Eijk is CISO for NN Group. She has more than 25 years of experience in IT implementation programmes, leading IT teams and guiding organisational transformations. As CISO, Floor is responsible for translating the business strategy into a clear security strategy and its execution, with the objective of keeping our customers and employees secure.
Floor has been part of NN Group for over fourteen years and has held various roles within the IT organisation. Her experience ranges from managing business-driven IT application teams to leading technical IT infrastructure teams. Floor thrives on embracing complex challenges, building strong and engaged teams, and delivering innovation and added value. Examples include introducing quarterly security awareness training for employees, developing security dashboards and automating IT controls, and driving the implementation of cybersecurity capabilities. In the past six years, she has focused on security, including four years as CISO of NN Group.
Operating within a highly regulated sector requires a continuous balance between security, usability and compliance. To support the organisation in this, Floor places strong emphasis on simplification, standardisation and automation.
